Play based counselling is aimed at assisting children through play as a medium to express their feelings, make sense of their world and develop new coping mechanisms.
Individual counselling allows individuals to explore their feelings and behaviours , work through challenging memories to better understand themselves and others, and to work towards desired change.
Couple/Marital Counselling focus on increasing couples awareness regarding their feelings and behaviors to understand and resolve conflict to improve their relationship
Parenting Skills Training is aimed at increasing parents awareness regarding their parenting style and to equip them with skills to effectively respond to their children’s needs.
Mediation is aimed at facilitating discussions between parents to resolve conflict which negatively affect children and to assist with the drafting of a Parenting Plan.
